The Healthy Body Challenge Weight Loss Program

Like any intense program that involves strict guidance to achieve maximum results, the HBC Weight Loss/ASAP Program has (2) Cycles that can be chosen. The results of each cycle can vary for different people because the body is so complex in function, its history, and how it accommodates dramatic weight loss. Therefore depending on your results, the ASAP cycle can be either 3 weeks or 6 weeks. Before the ASAP Cycle begin, (2) Starter Days are recommended where you are to take ASAP and the 90 For Life product without any dietary changes. In fact, ASAP encourages you to eat what you may "miss" during these 2 Starter Days due to the strict nutritional guidelines of the ASAP approved nutrition program. The ASAP Cycle then begins on Day 3. This cycle includes all facets of the ASAP program. A detailed schedule is provided below.

The ASAP Program Includes: Starter Day – ASAP Cycle – ASAP Off Cycle

Starter Days

"Starter Days" are the first two days of your program. In these two days we are focused on familiarizing your body and its systems to the new enhanced nutrients your body will be taking using the ASAP and 90 For Life products. The two days also allow you to experience the schedule that you will be on during your ASAP program cycle, taking the products and convenient times during the day. You will notice that during these two days we are ONLY focused on you taking the products, your dietary habits do not have to change. We actually encourage you to eat a few foods that are your favorite but are not included in the ASAP nutritional plans.
  • Day 1 – Nutritional program of your choice, ASAP – 3X per day, 90 For Life Program
  • Day 2 – Nutritional program for your choice, ASAP – 3X per day, 90 For Life Program

ASAP Cycle

"ASAP Cycle" are the most concentrated and focused days of your ASAP program. You have not entered the full program where you will be following the exact Nutritional Program you have chosen and the ASAP/90 For Life products. This is the longest time period during your ASAP Weight Loss journey and it requires strict adherence to the guidelines set out by the ASAP Program. Based on your weight loss goals and commitment you can choose to either continue this cycle for 3 weeks or 6 weeks. The time period is only dependent on the weight you would like to lose and the pace that your body chooses to lose its weight.
  • 3 week cycle (20 Days) – Day 3 to Day 23 – ASAP Approved Nutritional Program, ASAP 3X per day, 90 For Life Program
  • 6 week cycle (37 Days) – Day 3 to Day 40 – ASAP Approved Nutritional Program, ASAP 3X per day, 90 For Life Program

ASAP Off Cycle

The "ASAP Off Cycle" consists of 3 days after you finish your ASAP Cycle that you continue to follow the Approved Nutritional Programs and the foundational 90 For Life products. These last 3 days allow the body to adjust from taking the enhanced fat loss specific nutrients of the ASAP product and naturally remove them from the system. As with any product that has specific benefits in weight loss it's always important to rest the metabolic systems due to the accelerated activity of losing weight and specifically fat burning systems. These 3 days allow the body to readjust, reset, and gradually enter the maintenance stage of your program.
  • 3 week cycle – Day 24 to Day 26 – ASAP Approved Nutritional Program, 90 For Life Program
  • 6 week cycle – Day 41 to Day 43 – ASAP Approved Nutritional Program, 90 For Life Program

Total Days of ASAP Program

3 Week ASAP Program = 26 Days
6 Week ASAP Program = 43 Days

Repeating the HBC/ASAP Program

The HBC/ASAP Program, either 3 or 6 week cycle can be repeated more than one time. However, a break of 3 weeks must be taken before you can start the cycle again. During this 3 week break, you will continue on the 90 For Life program, however your nutrition program should include an appropriate calorie plan from the following list: http://www.youngevityhealthylifestyles.com/. These healthy nutrition plans have been developed with a greater amount of flexibility and nourishment than the ASAP nutrition plans and are meant to be program followed for a lifetime.
Once you are able to maintain the weight you ended your ASAP cycle with for 3 weeks, you may choose to go back on the ASAP Program to lose additional weight. It is critical that you are able to maintain your weight without the help of ASAP and allow the body to reset so that once ASAP is taken again, it is just as powerful as the first time.

  • Day 27 – Day 48 – Healthy Lifestyles Nutrition Plan, 90 For Life
  • Day 49 – Day 50 – Starter Days: Nutritional program of choice, ASAP 3X per day, 90 For Life
  • Day 51 – Day 72 – ASAP Cycle: ASAP Approved Nutritional Program, ASAP 3X per day, 90 For Life
  • Day 73 – Day 76 - ASAP Off Cycle: ASAP Approved Nutritional Program, 90 For Life
  • Day 77 – Life - Healthy Lifestyles Nutrition Plan, 90 For Life
