Here’s an overview of the Compensation Plan Ranks…

	JUNIOR INDEPENDENT MARKETING DIRECTOR (JR IMD) You’ll join the organization as a Jr. Independent Marketing Director and be eligible for up to Level 2 commissions. To do this: Submit your Associate Distributor Application and $10 registration fee to Youngevity. Be active with 50 PQV (Personal Qualifying Volume) during the eligibility period of one calendar month.
	INDEPENDENT MARKETING DIRECTOR (IMD) Independent Marketing Directors are eligible for up to Level 3 commissions. To advance to this level, you must: Be active with 100 PQV in one calendar month.
	REGIONAL MARKETING DIRECTOR (RMD) You advance to become a Regional Marketing Director when you have enrolled 3 individuals who each placed orders with at least 50BV and you are active with 150BV.
	EXECUTIVE MARKETING DIRECTOR (EMD) You advance to become an Executive Marketing Director when you have enrolled 3 individuals who each placed orders with at least 100BV and you are active with 200BV and you have 1000BV in Group Volume on your first 3 levels. (Group Volume is the combined BV from associates on Level 1 + Level 2 + Level 3)
	SENIOR EXECUTIVE MARKETING DIRECTOR (SEMD) You advance to become a Senior Executive Marketing Director when you have 3 individuals who you’ve helped to become Regional Marketing Directors and each has placed orders with at least 150BV. You are also active with 250BV and you have 5400BV in Group Volume on your first 3 levels. (Group Volume is the combined BV from associates on Level 1 + Level 2 + Level 3). A Senior Executive Marketing Director gains access to 6 Levels within their organization. That means that you will earn the indicated percentage up to 6 levels deep. As an added bonus, you will also earn a 2% Leadership bonus beginning with Level 7 until 6 Generations of Senior Executive Marketing Directors are found. There is also a $300 Silver Mercedes Car Bonus (paid Monthly) that is awarded to SEMDs who have enrolled 12 Qualified Independent Marketing Directors (IMDs). (An IMD is someone who has 100BV.)

SEMDs are eligible for up to Level 6 commissions plus a 2% Leadership Bonus. To qualify, you must: Be active with 250 PQV during one calendar month Help three of your team members become active Regional Marketing Directors Have a least 5400GQV (Group Qualifying Volume) in Levels 1 – 3

VICE PRESIDENTIAL MARKETING DIRECTOR (VPMD) Now that you know what it takes to become an SEMD, it is time to take the next step and advance to becoming a Vice Presidential Marketing Director (VPMD). You will advance to become a VPMD when you help three of your Executive Marketing Directors (EMDs) become Senior Executive Marketing Directors (SEMDs). This means that as your team begins to enjoy success, you are able to advance your business as well. Your business will only grow when you help those around you achieve success! As a VPMD, you still have access to 6 Levels of payout, plus you receive the 2% Leadership Bonus, and you now receive the Silver Mercedes Car Bonus in the amount of $600. That’s right, you will be driving a brand new car!

VPMDs are eligible to earn:

• Up to Level 6 commissions
• A 2% Leadership Bonus
• A Silver Mercedes Car Bonus of $600 Monthly

PRESIDENTIAL MARKETING DIRECTOR (PMD) Presidential Marketing Director is the easiest rank to achieve if you have learned how to become a VPMD. Because to advance from VPMD to PMD, all you have to do is help two more of your leaders become Senior Executive Marketing Directors (SEMDs). When you do that, you will advance from a VPMD to a PMD. As a Presidential Marketing Director, you have now gained access to Level 7 for payout and your monthly Silver Mercedes Car Bonus has grown to $800 in addition to the 7 levels of Unilevel Commissions and the 2% Infinity Bonus! The next step is the Vice Chairman Marketing Director (VCMD), and at this point you are well on your way to achieving exceptional success!

PMDs are eligible to earn:

• Bonuses up to Level 7 commissions
• A 2% Leadership Bonus
• A Silver Mercedes Car Bonus of $800

VICE CHAIRMAN MARKETING DIRECTOR To advance from Presidential Marketing Director to Vice Chairman Marketing Director, you just have to add 1 more Senior Executive Marketing Director (SEMD) leg to your organization. You have already demonstrated that you know how to build SEMDs, so go back to your organization and help one more of your Leaders grow to SEMD. Once you have at least 6 SEMD legs, and have met the other minimum requirements, you will become a Vice Chairman Marketing Director!!! As a Vice Chairman Marketing Director, you have gained access to Level 8 commissions in your organization and your Silver Mercedes Car Bonus has exploded to $1000 per month! At this point, you should be working your Youngevity business full-time, and beginning to pursue your dreams! That Car Bonus should go a long way to purchasing the car of your dreams!

As a Vice Chairman Marketing Director, you’re eligible to earn:

• Up to Level 8 commissions
• A 2% Leadership Bonus
• A Silver Mercedes Car Bonus of $1000 Monthly

SENIOR VICE CHAIRMAN MARKETING DIRECTOR (SVCMD) – TOP RANK… THE PINNACLE OF SUCCESS! Senior Vice Chairman Marketing Directors have truly reached the top of the compensation plan. To get to this Rank, just take what you already know and apply it one more time! That’s right—show your organization that you can help anyone become an SEMD by selecting three more of your best Leaders and helping them become SEMDs. Motivation Versus Determination

One of the first articles I wrote when I started working for Youngevity was about New Year’s Resolutions. 4 months later, I thought it would be the perfect time to check in on those resolutions!

So where are you with yours? Still making it to the gym? Consistently adding more members to your team? Whatever your resolution may have been, from building your business to getting healthy, if you’ve stuck with it this far then congrats! You’re one of the 45% of people who’ve made a resolution and actually stuck with it.

There are days when I wake up to a gloomy, rainy sky but still go for my run anyway; not because I had motivation. A hot summer day motivates me, not the rain. It sure isn’t because of any resolution I made. I go for the run because I’m determined to reach my marathon goal. I’ve had friends say I’m obsessed with running, and that’s fine by me because I know that I’m working towards something that most people will never achieve in their lives: 26.2 miles.

Obsessed is a word that weak people use to describe the dedicated. Anyone who is great at something has probably been called obsessed. Do you think Dr. Wallach achieved all he has without being obsessed with health innovation? Dr. Wallach didn’t need motivation because he was determined.

Keeping yourself motivated to reach your goals is all well and good, but when that motivation turns into dedication, well, that’s when special things start to happen. Determination allows you to see your goals in the rear view and achieve things you didn’t think were possible. Anything worth having takes work, it’s an old cliché but nevertheless, it’s true.

Motivation implies a daily struggle, and an end game. Dedication comes when you stop needing that push and work hard even when you feel like quitting. It’s an internal contract you make with yourself. The dedicated are never satisfied with where they are, constantly striving to become better. Youngevity gives you the tools to change your life, but are you dedicated enough to make it happen?

There are lots of people out there who are! Take the 18yr old freshman from FHSU in Kansas who is rapidly approaching the Vice Presidential rank. After struggles with his family and leaving all he had behind, he walked to a friend’s house and started over. He signed 12 people to his down line, earned a bonus check of nearly three grand, and qualified for the free car bonus all in his first month in the business. Did I mention all of this is being done from a dorm room while attending school?

While everyone else surrounding him in the dorm was probably heading out to a typical college party on the weekends, he was driving over 4 hours every weekend to help out his team. Sure, some other students at his university may call him “obsessed” with his Youngevity business, but I call him determined. Generation Y is here, and working harder and harder to achieve success.

So go out and wear your badge of obsession proudly because anyone who thinks obsession is a bad thing will probably never achieve what you, the determined you, will.

Fiber-Rich = Health-Rich

As most of us are now getting settled into the spring season and its longer, warmer days, there is much more that springtime has to offer in terms of our health. With the improvement in climate, we have access to more fresh fruits and vegetables that provide our bodies with important nutrients. Amongst these important nutrients is fiber. As Americans, we spend too much time consuming protein-rich meals, but don’t get enough fiber in our diets, which can have adverse effects on our health.

Fiber is necessary in our diets for a healthy digestive system, supporting healthy blood cholesterol, and promoting healthy glucose levels, but provides several other health benefits. A recent study conducted at The University of Leads in England found that increasing your fiber intake may lead to lower stroke risk. The research analyzed eight group studies from the US, Europe, Australia, and Japan between 1990 and 2012, finding that total dietary fiber intake was inversely associated with risk for stroke and by adding just 7 grams per day to your diet, the risk of stroke was reduced by about 7%.¹ This study also added that high-income countries, such as the US, are the populations that need fiber the most and adding as little as an apple to your daily food intake could benefit your health.

You may be asking, how much fiber is necessary in my diet. According the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services, the recommended fiber intake is 25g for women and 38g form men, per day. However, the average American only consumes 15g per day.

There are many foods that are fiber-rich other than fruits and vegetables, such as oats, legumes, and nuts, but eating more fruits and veggies will not only help with your fiber intake, it will also add lots of vitamins, antioxidants and minerals to your diet. A few fiber-rich fruits and vegetables are: raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, apples, pears, prunes, dried figs, guava, avocado, spinach, collard greens, kale, zucchini squash, acorn squash, turnip greens, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, and cabbage. Just to name a few.
